My son and military school

Published by laydecker at 8:42 am under Things that make me go uhhhhh Edit This

Ok so I totally am freaking out here. I have been home schooling for three years now and out of the blue my son wants to go to a military school! What is up with that? In many ways I’m sure it would be good for him but I just don’t know. This is a big change from being home schooled and if I sign him up he has to commit to the remainder of the year at least! So I want to make sure he is prepared for what he is in store for but he really wants to do this, even though I have tried to “scare” him out of it. What to do what to do! I guess he needs to do this but I’m not ready. I want him to stay my baby just a little bit longer.

    Jen,
I understand your concern and I don’t think it’s just that you want him to stay a baby. You didn’t say how old he is. Perhaps you can contact the school he is thinking about and have him take a tour with your. Maybe he could even sit in some classes for several days.

I just signed up so I could buzz sites. I couldn’t get either of your sites buzzed. the first one just would never go through and this one I got it all done and it wouldn’t take the code at the end. I tried about five times. Will try again tomorrow. I’m still writing my post and haven’t gotten it into Today yet.

Finally got this site buzzed up today. I think I’m getting the hang of it now.
